HKIS Dragon Center Tai Chi Classes – Starting September 2026


Join us at the new Dragon Center for Activities & Athletics (DCAA) for authentic Yang-style Tai Chi!


1. Elementary Tai Chi (Grades 3, 4 & 5) Day/Time: Wednesdays, 4:30 – 5:30 pm Description: A fun, age-appropriate introduction to Yang-style Tai Chi focusing on gentle movements, breathing, balance, coordination and mindfulness. 2. Combined Adult Tai Chi & Qigong (Parents & Staff) Day/Time: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm Description: A relaxing class combining traditional Yang-style Tai Chi with Eight Brocades Qigong. Suitable for all levels. Great for stress reduction, balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Cost: HKD 150 per session For details: https://dstaichi.com/about


Registration Information

Registration opens August 10, 12:00 and closes August 13, 12:00 through the HKIS Schools' Buddy system.
