The Helen Swe (Hadani) Tai Chi Kids Program A signature offering at Tai Chi Hong Kong / dstaichi.com
Helen Swe (Hadani)’s program is designed for ages 4–12 (with adaptations for teens and special-needs children). Sessions are short (5–15 minutes), fun, and story-based — never competitive or rigid. Children learn through playful imagery (“Elephant Walks,” “Bird Spreads Wings,” “Cloud Hands”) while developing real skills in mindfulness, balance, and emotional regulation. Proven Benefits (supported by research and classroom results): Reduces anxiety, stress, fear, anger, and frustration Improves focus, attention, and concentration — especially helpful for children with ADHD Enhances motor skills, balance, coordination, and posture Builds self-control, self-esteem, and emotional regulation Promotes better sleep and calmer transitions at home or school Supports children with special needs, autism spectrum, learning differences, or physical challenges Fosters a lifelong sense of inner peace and body awareness
Helen Swe (Hadani)’s method uses simple, repetitive forms with kid-friendly names, deep diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle visualizations. No equipment needed — just comfortable clothes and a smile.
